OUR POLICY

  • New! Now offering FREE 30 day returns for customers in EUROPE. 

  • Product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Product must be unworn and returned in the original condition.

  • Product must have all tags, including any GOLDEN HOUR hangtags, attached.

  • Sale items are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • All returns must include the original packaging, without postal labels.

  • The cost of any postage fees incurred will be deducted from the full refund price.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
 

If you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with the following process:

  • You must notify GOLDEN HOUR within 30 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 30 days after such notification.

  • You must notify GOLDEN HOUR by filling out our contact form to obtain a "Return Authorisation number"

  • You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Golden Hour, or delivery note.

  • Product must be returned to GOLDEN HOURS returns warehouse in England.

  • We only accept returns or exchanges for purchases made on the GOLDEN HOUR website. www.goldenhourvision.com

 

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges at this time. Any returns will receive a full refund.
