HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Once you’ve placed your order we’ll process, pack and send it within 1 - 2 business days. You can select which delivery method works best for you with estimated arrival times. We offer FREE Standard Shipping in Europe and FREE Worldwide on orders of 100+ GBP
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All our packages are despatched from our head quarters in England.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?
There are several ways to pay, including all the usual suspects: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES OR TAXES?
Customers may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. Good news for US consumers! Starting March 10, 2016, imports of merchandise up to USD 800 will be allowed into the United States free from duties and taxes.
CAN I CHANGE MY MIND OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
We wouldn’t be human if we didn’t change our minds. Once your order is submitted, we create a four hour window so you can make any amendments prior to despatch. Please fill in the contact form below within four hours of submitting your order to ensure we can catch it in time.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Absolutely. We allow for a ‘Try It On’ policy for any online purchase valid for 30 days after receiving your order. Please return the item ‘as new' and in its original packaging. You are also entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty. To learn more about our returns policy click here or fill in our contact form below. We do not cover any shipping fees for items returned due to change of mind.
DO YOU HAVE A 'TRY IT ON' POLICY?
Our 30-day 'Try It On' policy allows you the time to experiment with a selection of frames to find the perfect pair, with the option of a full refund or store credit should you find the item unsuitable. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date you receive the order in the post. We do not cover any shipping fees for items returned due to change of mind.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
We will send you a seperate email as soon as your package has left our warehouse.

On each product page on the website you will find measurements that correspond to each style. If you are still unsure of what frame might suit you best then please email us. One of our team will be more than happy to help you find the perfect pair.

WHAT ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE OUT OF?
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sunglasses and the precision and artistry that goes into the creation of every item in the GOLDEN HOUR Collection. Our sunglasses are designed in London, England and produced with Italian acetate, CR 39 Lenses (the best ones) and teflon coated German OBE hinge screws.
I HAVE A SCRATCH ON MY LENS WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The good news is that most lenses can be replaced. Please fill in the contact form below and prepare a photo of your scratched lens to send in. We can check our inventory to advise if we have any replacement lenses available for that style of frame. Lens replacements incur a 40 GBP charge (plus 10 GBP shipping) fee.
WHERE CAN I GO TO TRY ON A PAIR?
We’re working on that as quick as possible. In the mean time take advantage of our free home delivery and easy return policy.
